KPG Pacific Properties Ltd (KPG PPL) is a property investment and development vehicle which has implemented a unique philosophy for the development of integrated resort & residential projects. Its current focus is commercialising two major developments located at First Landing Beach Resort, Vuda Point, Nadi, Fiji.

First Landing Resort is just 15 minutes by road from Nadi International Airport, 25 minutes from Nadi and 35 minutes from the Denarau Island resort and Residental Precincts.

First Landing Beach Resort Man Made Island Development

 This project will implement the resort master plan which includes the construction of an island and 100 room 5-star resort. Complimented by the construction of an exquisite "Maldives" style turquoise blue lagoon.

KPG Pacific Properties' Philosophy

The focus is on creating small, intimate resorts, with a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability, integrated with quality property development. This integration is designed to provide the best of both worlds: resort intimacy, with the demand from a wider population of home owners or short term holiday rentals to sustain provision of a diversity of amenities and services. For property owners, or those renting on a short-, medium- or long-term basis, the attraction is a place of their own, but with the services and amenities of a resort within walking distance.

Real Estate and Immigration Services (REIS)

A key part of the KPG PPL model is the provision of marketing and immigration services, taking the Pacific dream to potential investors and then assisting purchasers to make this a reality by helping them navigate their way through immigration requirements.
